Not really usable by non-developers

Publish dialog is unclickable due to a z-index issue (used firebug to fix). Being unable to edit an existing survey is not ideal and the display method leaves a lot to be desired – displays all surveys, and at the top of the page (before all other content, even the header).

Could also use a way to see some survey statistics instead of looking through every single submission.

Nice functionality for a free plugin otherwise. With some fixes/upgrades could become a paid one.
