Not rearranging

  • HI,
    When I rearrange the products, then check the website to see if they are rearranged in the order I set them in they are not staying in the order I put them in.
    Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the plugin?

    I also cannot see any rearranging. All products are assigned to one, default, category.

    Products are not rearranging for me either. I tried disabling WPBakery Page Builder and then re-saving order changes but products still wouldn’t rearrange. Also tried changing the catalog default product sorting to “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)” as suggested in another post and my theme is not a premium purchased theme.
