Not receive

  • Hi,

    I have problem receiving the test email. No matter i try with which method (your own website:php mail, or 3rd party), the message always stated “Test email successfully sent to [email protected]” But I never receive any one of them.

    In fact I have tried other newsletter plugins (newsletter, sendpress) as well, and I had the same problem. I do not know what wrong’s with my site.

    I am using Postman SMTP, host with bluehost.

    I just receive the emails, few hours late.

    By the way, how to change the link for the social icon in the newsletter?

    Hi,

    1. The slow speed is probably caused by your SMTP service.

    2. You can change the social icon links by dragging the widget into the newsletter and editing the options.
