Not receiving admin transfer email

  • Hello WordPress team,

    I am managing the wordpress site. The owner asked me to update the admin email (in settings) with the email address from them.

    I typed it in but they never received the mail (not in spam too). Can you check what happend?

    Yeah, for reasons not understood, that can be flaky. Cancel the request in wp-admin, then use PHPMYADMIN from your hosting control panel to access the wp_options table and change the email address for the row with the key “admin_email”.
