Not receiving ANY email notifications

good afternoon, im just bumping this post hoping to get some assistance on this. Your plugin works great for the specific needs, however the emails not sending is still a hurdle we are trying to get over. Any help much appreciated!

We have checked all email options.

same here: no notofication email received.
Email itself within WP is fine.
Any suggestions?
Version is latest (1.1.13) on WP 4.2.1.
