Not receiving any emails via CF7 forms

  • We have 8 forms working on our site and none of them are working. Basically, we hired expert to deal with that… he tried to connect WP Mail SMTP to make it work – nothing. We contacted our support InMotionHosting and they told us that emails are not sending at all to any email address and they suggest us to contact Contact Form 7 support because this is issue for sure from their end (their words). So, I’m contacting you to see if you can help me somehow with this? If not, we will replace all forms (it will be torture!) with another form but will leave here honest review. I really hope that you will help us as we insert much effort to build our new site which is now not done because of this issue.

    You’ll probably have the same problems on all WordPress form plugins – it’s a common issue that professional WP developers/designers/implementers need to know how to deal with correctly.

    Something on your WP install (that you probably don’t know about) is stopping your emails.
