    Sorry but that is not a valid conclusion. There are a host of issues that can occur with sending mail. They depend partly on how a plugin sends mail but far more importantly your particular WordPress installation.

    Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can delay or stop emails on both the sending and receiving ends of a typical email. It depends entirely on your local configuration.

    You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.

    I gather you are the owner of CF7. I have noticed on several threads with people having problems that you give the same answer as above. Yes there maybe special circumstances that cause the plugin to stop functioning, but it would be helpful if you could elaborate on possible solutions since a lot of us are not programmers. It just seams kind of odd that updating to the latest version causing things break for no apparent reason when the plugin was working fine for months.

    Buzztone is not the plugins’ developer and has no direct link with the plugin as far as I am aware.
