    Hello,

I think I have set everything up correctly, got the API key from Mailchimp, selected a list and everything. The pop-up appears, I put in my name and email, hit Sign Up, I receive the confirmation and then nothing happens.

I don’t get an email from Mailchimp to confirm my subscription, no subscribers appear in the list, nothing.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks!

    Hello edvisuall,

I tested now mailChimp on my site and subscriber shows in MailChimp list with slight delay, but it shows, I also get email to confirm subscription.
Could I test this on your site?

Can you check if emails are saving to local list by enabling option “Save Emails to local list”?

Another possibility is that there plugin conflict – could you please run test to exclude that another plugin is casing this?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

Nope, still not working. I tried to see if there’s any plugin conflict and there’s none. My website is https://mediaclientele.com if you want to check it out.

I’ve made it active when people click a button on the page (scroll down to the Newsletter part and click the button).

I’ve also tried testing it without the clicking part.. just to pop on itself after 5 seconds and I still don’t receive anything.. Checked spam, Mailchimp account, nothing..

    Any other ideas?

    Hi @edvisuall,

Did you manage to get this sorted out in the meantime because I tested your site and received the email instantly:

Hm.. Strange but yes.. Seems that it’s working right now lol. There is a bit of a delay when receiving the email but I at least I can receive it.

    Thanks for the help!
