    Hi @sfauzz

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I couldn’t see the site URL registered in the Cloud version so I believe you are using the Local scan and I was able to replicate this problem, we had a report for Multisite but seems the problem happens in the Single site as well.

We reported to our developers but we can’t give an estimated time to release the fixed version.

Could you please try the Cloud version with the scheduled scan? https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/broken-link-checker/#scheduling-regular-scans

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

    Hi, Patrick

Thank you for looking into this.

I tried to activate the cloud but it’s not allowing me to sign up. I also tried exiting WordPress and signing up directly via https://wpmudev.com/register/ and was still not successful. “You’re not allowed to register – if you think this is a mistake please?contact our support

Im with the new agency managing the site and could you please let me know if they had to sign up when they activated the local version? If so, I’d have to check with them for the account credentials. Or is the sign-up just for enabling the Cloud?

    Thank you

    Hi @sfauzz,

To use the Cloud version it’ll require creating an account in the WPMU DEV site. Local Version doesn’t require any signups.

I tried to activate the cloud but it’s not allowing me to sign up. I also tried exiting WordPress and signing up directly via?https://wpmudev.com/register/?and was still not successful. “You’re not allowed to register – if you think this is a mistake please?contact our support

There shouldn’t be any issues with creating a new account in general. Maybe you could try using Google Signup to see if that helps? Or you could check signing up with a different email?

If you still have issues with signup then please use the URL to contact us through the WPMU DEV site so that we can assist further if needed.

    Hello,

Could you please advise on how to successfully unlink a previous Hub account? I’ve already removed the website/domain from the Hub.

I’ve created a new Hub account (as per the client’s request), and now when I try to connect the website through both the Hub (using the “Automatically connect my site” option) and the Broken Link Checker’s cloud version, I’m receiving the following prompt:

“This site is currently registered to?P**E W*****e (p***********************e@g***l.com). For?security reasons?they will need to go to the?WPMU DEV Hub?and remove this domain before you can log in. If you do not have access to that account, and have no way of contacting that user, please?contact support for assistance.”

Additionally, I’ve noticed that with the previously connected account, we were not receiving the scheduled scan reports.

    Thank you.
