Not Receiving Comment Notification Emails Anymore

I have always received emails any time I get a new comment or one is in moderation and suddenly I just stopped getting them. I logged out of my account and did a test one and got an email so I thought maybe it was a weird fluke and now they were working but then woke up this morning to six new comments on my new post and zero notifications..except one notification of a comment on a post from a couple years ago waiting in moderation. I tried a test again (cleared my cache to do it) and no email this time. I made sure all my settings were correct for the email notifications and they were. I even unchecked, saved, and then rechecked them because I know sometimes things are just wonky. Nada. I contacted my host and they said it appears as though emails are going through so it’s on my end. They aren’t in spam. I have no blocked addresses or anything. I’m receiving other emails and an email from my host when I changed my password. I’m at a loss for what to do.
