Not receiving comment notifications

Relatively new blog however have been using WordPress for years. Using a Genesis theme but don’t believe this issue is related to that.

Definitely have it ticked in settings to receive notification of comments held in moderation – and set so all comments are moderated.

But I’m not receiving any of the email notifications at all. The email address it’s set to is definitely working as I receive emails to it daily. Can’t figure out why I’m not receiving notification of comments. Hoping someone might have a clue please.
