Not Receiving E-mails from Contact Forms

I am not receiving the e-mail notifications about new contact forms being submitted from our site. I contacted the web developer who originally got us set up several times and they can’t figure it out – stating it is an issue with my e-mail. However, I have checked my e-mail accounts, inboxes, spam, etc. over and over and there are no messages there.
