Not receiving email

If that’s not it for you then you need to tell me if you’re ’email’ or ‘both’, what your shortcode is, and a link to your page.

I’ve changed the From field, but still didn’t get an email.

Right now we are using “both” method.

Sorry, just changed the method to just ‘Send Email’.

I just tried your page and I received two emails:

One email came from “[email protected]” and it had a link to the PDF download, which I clicked and it displayed properly (a 2-page PDF with a table of processes, departments, and comments). That all looks correct & looks like it’s working fine.

The other email came from “[email protected]” and it had no content in the email and the subject line said “[your-subject]”. I have no idea what this email is, but it might be related to the fact that I checked the checkbox agreeing to be added to your mailing list. Not sure.

Anyway, looks to me like the EBD stuff works fine.
