    Hello,

    Using :

    – WordPress 5.5.1
    – WP Mail SMTP 2.4.0
    – Ninjaforms 3.4.30
    – Gandi email

    i’m trying to send email with WP Mail SMTP but i don’t receive email.

    When i make a send email test, i receive the email when i sent to a gmail address, but when i use [email protected] email address, WP Mail SMTP says it’s sent but i have nothing in my mailbox.

    When i send email directly to this email address, i receive email. So this is good sign.

    I configure SendGrid, authenticate my domain so when i send a form with Ninja form with ANY address (except [email protected]), i receive email confirmation to this ANY address with a certificate from my website and not the “send by SendGrid” label anymore.
    But my email address [email protected] doesn’t actually receive the form from the client.

    Do you have any idea of what are causing this issue and how to fix it ?

    I can’t for example change my admin email address to [email protected] because i can’t receive the confirmation email…

    Thanks for the details. You’re having issues receiving emails only on @3dmaker.space and you’ve authenticated the domain 3dmaker.space with Sendgrid? Please make sure the From Email is also set to @3dmaker.space or you might check the Sendgrid email activity logs which will help you to figure out any errors.

    Hello, thank you for your reply,

    the From email is well set top my @3dmaker.space email address.

    Unfortunately for SendGrid, i have only 3 days email activity so i can’t check accurately.

    Email are send when i use my website form. In the Ninjaforms form, i changed the To email address to received demand on my GMAIL address and i have no issue.

    I have some trouble to know if this issue come from WP MAIL SMTP, Ninjaforms, SendGrid or Gandi … What do you think ?

    Thanks for the details! If everything is set up correctly, already authenticated your domain with Sendgrid and you’re only having issues with @3dmaker.space, there might be some issues with your receiving account, or it has some strict filtering rules. However, you can still check the Sendgrid email activity by sending a test Email to @3dmaker.space and get additional details.

    I found the solution : the issue was caused by SendGrid. I try Sendinblue provider and no more issue.
