Not Receiving Email Even After "Your message was sent successfully. Thanks."

Seems like GoDaddy still has problems with mail forms, not only with Contact Form 7. I’d suggest trying to move to another host if possible.

I am having a similar problem on one of my Hostgator hosted sites. All of the other sites are working this one just stopped sending out mail.

Mail from Contact Form 7 never arrives but mail sent via the Mail (2) option arrives ok.

Any ideas why this might fail, we have tried re-installing CF7 again but it still fails.

As I say we have many other sites running it and they all work, what can I do to track down what is causing it to fail, but report it has sent the message?

I installed CF7 today using BlueHost as the host site. I tried the CF7 test contact form on the developer site and mine operates exactly the same but no emails are coming through. Haven’t tried adding a Mail (2) option. Any suggestions?

Seems that you’re reporting another issue. Please check FAQ first.

FAQ I see a response message “Your message was sent successfully” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

It would probably be best if you start your own topic, or search the forums, rather than riding on this one. There are lots of fix-suggestions already on the forums for problems with CF7 the same as, or like, the one you mentioned.
