Not receiving email form data

I have had this issue on a few different sites I’ve tried making in WordPress. In addition, I’ve tried multiple contact form plugins, some of the most popular ones, and none of them seem to work. In a nutshell I’m not receiving any of the user data in my email forms. They aren’t being delivered to the designated email. I’m convinced it might have something to do with server perhaps? But I’m not sure where to start. Please help. Thank you.
