    When leaving a comment, accepting all cookies and using the contact form. The data / user subject is listed as an unregistered user with email address and having given consent to the privacy policy.
    When this users asks via the privacy tool to delete his data, when entering the email address the user does not get the promise:
    We will send you an email with the link to access your data. Please check your spam folder as well!
    Is there any solution to it.

    Do let us know which contact form you are using and then also confirm all the settings are enabled at Tools>Data443 GDPR

    Hi,
    Thank you very much for coming back to me. I tested the privacy tool again and it worked perfectly now.
    I am using Formidable Forms in combination with your plugin GDPR for Formidable Forms.

    Also want to thank for this fantastic plugin, it helps a great deal to comply to the GDPR Regulations.
