• Hello,
    I am not receiving email notifications when customers submit a form using the Contact Us section of my website. The last notification I received was on Monday, Sept. 19. I first noticed a problem when Google Analytics indicated I had a contact form submission but I never received an email. I also have a record of the contact form stored on my WordPress database, so I know there was a submission.

    Please help resolve this problem.

    Hello,
    I really hope someone can help with this problem. Here is some additional info: I have been receiving contact email notifications over the last year without any problems. I recently installed the Zerif Lite Transition Plugin. I also have the Pirate Forms Plugin installed. Now, I don’t receive email notifications from the website Contact form. I am receiving all other incoming emails.

    I need to be able to respond quickly to my customer inquiries. Please help!
