Not receiving Email Notifications

I have the plugin installed on two new sites. Easy to use. Simple to set up but I am not receiving the notification emails from either of the Bots

Hello @keystone,
There are no email notifications. If you want to see the list of subscribers, go to
Modules > Subscribe > Export as CSV.—
