Not receiving emailed response from Form

Sometime within the past 5 days, the contact form(s) on our site stopped emailing results. This is the contact form that is included with Jetpack and it was working just fine on Feb 26th. Here is a link to one of the forms: https://yourvalleyproperty.com/?page_id=12008

Results are showing up under ‘Feedback’ but in the case of this particular form, results are time-sensitive. We tested the other form on our site this morning and it’s not sending email results either.

I’ve read through a number of similar issues on the forum but their all rather old (2-3 years), however I did try a few of the suggestions. I tried disabling and re-enabling the Contact Form feature or plugin. I’ve also tried deleting the form and rebuilding it.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions. We haven’t made any other major changes to the site and can’t imagine what has made this stop working.
