Not receiving emails

    Hi, I dont know why but i am not receiving testing mail and i have also tried to create a Email campaigns and publish and none of my testing email was i receiving any emails.

    Are you able to receive other WordPress emails? If you are not sure, install the Email Check plugin and test to see if your WordPress installation can send emails.

    I have install a SMTP and I have run a test email and I have received a test email from the SMTP plugin. I have also check the Email Check Plugin and i have also received a testing email as well..

    I don’t have any other plugin activated at this moment other than Noptin Plugin

    I have also tested a newsletter plugin and I am able to receive email, although I am not a big fan of it to much going on, However I do like the idea of creating your own email template. Wish Noptin had this feature

    You can indeed use your own email templates with Noptin. Check out this article for instructions on how to do that.

    This being said, I think we can make the above process a little more intuitive and easier to accomplish.

    I do not understand why your emails are not sending since Noptin uses the same mail function that WordPress uses. Can you see any errors in your debug log?

    If not, please send me your WordPress admin credentials so that I can check and troubleshoot your WordPress configuration.
