Not receiving emails

  • Forgive me if I sound like I don’t know what I’m doing. I don’t.

    I didn’t create the site, but ham learning to maintain it and I need to fix the problem. We are not getting emails sent through our Contact Form 7 plug in. The site went live in November, and it worked then. It doesn’t work now. I updated WordPress today, thinking that might be the issue, but it still doesn’t work.

  • Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration.
