  • I am also having a similar issue. I am not receiving emails. I installed and uninstalled and it still isn’t working.

    Since installing WP 4.0, I’m having the same issue – I was just alerted to it by a very angry customer who was, understandably, irritated that I hadn’t responded to her.

    I checked my logs and never saw a mail hit my server. Are you getting the green confirmation box? I am, which is why I checked the server first.

    Yes, I get the green box but no email, I have check everything and still don’t get any email, it is frustrating because I want to take my live for my customer and I don’t want for them to tell me the same that they send me a email and I didn’t response

    The plugin is working for me on many different websites and several different servers. Any issue you have is almost certainly due to something on your local WP install.

    Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.

    I found my issue: On two sites that have the same theme and the same plugins, there was a conflict. On other sites without one or the other (either a different plugin or different theme) there was no conflict. Switching the theme or deactivating one or the other plugin did the trick.

    I’m just going to use a different plugin – apparently this plugin isn’t all what it’s cracked out to be

    I have the same issue, I have 3 sites using the same theme (all with CF7). Do you know of a way that we can have CF7 work on all the sites without any conflicts?

    If anyone has experience with this it would be great to hear if this is possible.

    I am trying to help a friend with the same trouble. Her contact form used to work and now zippo. We have changed the email address to see if it would help-nope. Something must have changed since she got the last WP update because since then, contact does not work. Sure hope help comes soon. Thanks!

    Posting in an existing topic prevents being able to track issues by topic. Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.
