Not receiving EMAILS from CONTACT FORM

  • Hi,

    I am unable to receive any emails sent from my contact form after clicking submit. When I click submit, it shows the message that I have successfully sent the message but I did not receive any message in my designated gmail account.

    Is anyone able to help? Thank you so much.

  • Make sure the From: field in CF7 is your own address, not your visitor’s. Make sure you send mail through the SMTP server authorized for that address.
