Not receiving emails from contact form 7

Hi,

I have set up a contact form using Contact Form 7 and whilst it is saying I have successfully sent the email on my webpage I am never receiving it.

I am not very techy so please bear with me if I don’t understand something you suggest! I have gone through the forum and carried out lots of peoples suggestions so far:

Checked my email details with the company i bought my domain and email address through – all DNS etc are pointing in the right way and I can receive emails I sent directly to the address.

Checked with my hosting company that they are allowing email.

Inserted:

Sender: [email protected]
Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>

Into the additional headers section of the form to allow it to know that it is an email associated with my page.

Slightly reduced my spam filtering levels in the email account.

checked my spam folders.

any help is appreciated.
