Not receiving emails from Popup Maker

    I have Popup Maker in a couple sections of this website but it seems that when I fill the form and click ‘Send it’, nothing is actually happening.
    There are also no console errors.

    Can anyone help me?

    Hi @itzami – sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem.

    I viewed the page that you are referring to and it seems you are using a WPForms for the popup form. If that so, then I would suggest checking out this article about Post-sale WooCommerce Surveys Using WPForms This might give you insights.

    Hi, @mariatogonon , thank you for your reply.
    I ended up talking with the hosting provider and they solved the issue.
    I’m not sure of what caused it but now it’s fixed
