Not receiving emails from yahoo customers

    Im having issues. i use gmail to receive my mail, when wpform is sent from a customer using a yahoo email address, i dont receive the form, but it works fine with other email addresses, of course i cant test all the different email providers, but i know for sure yahoo doest work. I had this problem about a year ago, i cant remember how we fixed it, but now that i added another form, the problem came back and both forms dont work with yahoo. how can i remedy this problem?

    Hi bloomartroom,

    Unfortunately, Yahoo has implemented forceful DMARC policy as part of their security measure that prevents the Yahoo email addresses from being sent from an external platform like a WordPress site.

    In this case you might want to set your ‘From Email’ to an address you own. We also recommend setting up a SMTP plugin to improve email delivery. We have a list of recommended SMTP options here.

    And if you’d like to be able to reply to the user, you can use the ‘Reply-To’ field.
