Not receiving forms to email but test email works fine

    HI,

    I have Cognito forms correctly set up to send cat adoption applications straight through to email. This was working fine until yesterday when it stopped sending. I have sent a test email from WP Mail SMTP and this was successful.

    Please can someone help?

    Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

    When your emails stop delivering all of a sudden and you haven’t changed any of your WP Mail SMTP settings, it’s most likely due to issues with the SMTP mail server.

    Can you try sending a test email to the email address shown when you visit?https://www.mail-tester.com/??Please see here:?https://i.imgur.com/CoZaCaE.png

    After sending the test email, please click the button to?Check your score. (https://i.imgur.com/BCeJaq4.png)

    This will show you a spam report of your email server and any issues identified. You can then proceed to resolve the issues and restore your email deliverability.

    Ther forms actually all began to come through several hours after I posted; it’s as if they had been delayed somehow. All has been fine since – fingers crossed it continues.
