Not receiving Moderation Emails from WP

  • Can someone please help? The site I am referring to is inkinthirds.org and I have not recently made any changes or added or deleted any plugins. All of a sudden, all of my comments that are “held for moderation” are no longer emailed to my admin address or the address of the post author. Where are the comments going? They are not in spam. They are not in any folders or my inbox. They simply are no longer being sent, or so it seems. Why are they not being sent so I can manually approve them via email like I did before? I now have to log into the website and go to the comment section to see the comments awaiting moderation. How do I get them to come to my email again?

    Is there anyone that can help? There must be a glitch/bug or something I am missing somewhere. I AM receiving all other emails from WordPress regarding the site, comments (that have been previously approved), and anything via all the WP Forms on my site.

    The comments held for Moderation are the only ones not being sent anywhere I can find! And I need to know when people leave a comment, so I can approve immediately. They used to come through just fine. But just stopped for some reason. (see above—as I have done all the basic troubleshooting).

    Is there a way to have someone look into this?
