Not receiving new order email

Could you please check if the New Order email notification is enabled?

You can confirm this in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order

I have already tried that, Even I changed the mail also but it’s not working.

Earlier I was receiving order update in woocommerce dashboard but now I am only getting payment notification in stripe account. nothing in the woocommerce dashboard. plz help.

Sorry to hear about this. You can check if the emails are working properly on your site by installing the plugin WP Mail Logging:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Then you can test it by placing a test order.

If emails are being generated, then there is a good possibility that the server is blocking them from being sent. If it is the case, you can search for a dedicated SMTP Provider:

Yes, Orders are being generated. I can see that in wp mail logging. But, mails are not received by either customer or us.
I used mail poet but still nothing fruitful found.

We are not receiving any mails, not even for account creation.

I have recently duplicated my side at smoothpapers.co.in
but i had stopped the payment gateways.. And even after that it was working fine..
now contact form submission has also stopped.

When emails are being generated but not sent, the issue is usually at the server. The server is blocking them from being sent. Have you tried using a SMTP plugin to see if that fixes the issue? https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7
