Not receiving new order emails

Under settings > emails > new order I have listed 3 emails
1. An email to my logistics partner (They receive the New Order Emails)
2. My yahoo account (It takes roughly 12 hours before a receive a new order email, if any at all)
3. My actual company email, which is set up in Outlook (I don’t receive any new order emails at all, even though the domain is listed under the safe sender list)I feel like have checked everything and I’m puzzled that one email seems to be working properly
