    Under settings > emails > new order I have listed 3 emails

    1. An email to my logistics partner (They receive the New Order Emails)
    2. My yahoo account (It takes roughly 12 hours before a receive a new order email, if any at all)
    3. My actual company email, which is set up in Outlook (I don’t receive any new order emails at all, even though the domain is listed under the safe sender list)

    I feel like have checked everything and I’m puzzled that one email seems to be working properly

    Hi there,

    Are you using a transactional email server to send those emails or are you relying on the email server that’s packaged with your website hosting? Also, have you checked to make sure your DNS setup includes SPF/DKIM records to authenticate emails being sent from the website.

    Finally, have you already verified that the emails are being *triggered* correctly by installing a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-log/?
