Not receiving ‘New restaurant reservation’ email when a booking is made

Hi
When a booking is made I’m not receiving the ‘New restaurant reservation’ email when a booking is made. I receive the ‘Next restaurant reservations’ email but not the ‘New restaurant reservation’ email.
The customer receives the ‘Your reservation is confirmed ‘ email ok as well.
Any idea what could be the problem?
