Few days ago I received an invitation to enter to the Sending Service Trial. Until that moment I was using MailPoet + SendGrid.
I accepted, but now I’m trying to send me the newsletter and it is not working. It’s appears as sent in the MailPoet screen after clicking on “Send a Preview!, but it never arrived.
Then I tried WP clicking on “forget password”, and I received a correct email.
I’m contacting to my hosting company to check what is happening, but I have to wait for their answer.
So you have any answer to solve this issue soon. It supose that this morning I have to send the newsletter.
    thanks

  • Hi Gustavo,

I have exactly the same problem. I suspect the problem lies with SendGrid. I noticed that they have been down for maintenance since yesterday. I’d try to contact them.

This is happening to me too. I received the invitation and accepted. Today our newsletters appear as if they are going out, but the Sendgrid dashboard shows no emails have been sent today, and the Mailpoet Stats view for the email shows no stats to report. When I try to send previews I do not receive them.

I have not changed any Mailpoet settings. What is the next step to resolve?

    Thanks

What I did to solve -only for today- is to send the newsletter with my hosting provider system. It supposed that is not so good as Sendgrid, but it worked!

    Hi!

I detected the same issue since yesterday (2015-09-20). I tried changing the web API to the different SNMP setting but nothing worked. So I opened a ticket with SendGrid today. I’ll let you folks know if they resolve anything.

    Regards,

    Sergio.

    Hi folks!

It now seems to be working. I’ve made no changes on MailPoet or SendGrid. But it seems that we will have to resend the e-mails.

    Regards,

    Sergio.

I resent our newsletter (third time) and it worked, so I agree that it now seems to be working. I would love to know what happened this morning, though.

    Thanks

    Mark

Looks like the fix for this issue was to reinsert your SendGrid credentials on MailPoet and save your settings. We are looking into this.
