    Hello, Since the update today for the WordPress Plugin of Mobile Assistant Connector we are no longer receiving any notifications to the Android app.

    Ive restared my device, checked the account user on the plugin settings, and even reinstalled the app and added the connection again. The connection tests okay in the app but I am not receiving any pop up noticiations, badges or sounds. I did check the phone settings for notifications for the app and they are all switched on.

    Can you please help

    Hi, I can appreciate you need to investigate this reported issue however providing you with our live shop admin an FTP credential is not possible for security reasons.

    Is there any other way you can look into this?

    I see another user have this issue too and I am sure there are others ??

    It might take more time to reproduce it not without details but we understand your point of view and will investigate it in any case.

    Anyway, we’d recommend submitting a ticket on the official website to receive the updates when the issue’s resolved.

    We also do not receive messages about orders anymore after the update. We cannot also change the information of users in the plugin settings. You broke the new plugin update.
