    Hi I have entered an email address into the notification email address section to receive the email of a new registered customer but not receiving the email. Paypal notification is working. and so is the booking form notification to the customer.

    Any ideas?

    Is the domain of the email the same as the website?

    And of course the email works for other emails?

    Have you investigated your mail delivery logs, most hosts give you something to examine this – was the mail produced if it was was it accepted?

    It is receiving mail, its a gmail email account so wouldn’t know how to do this, I just added the email address on the registration section of the plugin, and everything is working baring the receiving the notification that someone has filled in the registration form. Nothing is in any other email folder or spam folder.

    Many hosts provide an email delivery checker especially in c-panel.

    If you can’t find it I suggest that you raise a support ticket with your host and they should be able to check outgoing email logs to see if the email actually went out if you do a test and give them a date/time recipient email address.

    Some hosts block phpmailer – but is that was so even password resets won’t work – but as an outside chance you can try an SMTP email plugin.

    Also there are some plugins that do both SMTP & logging for instance see https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-smtp/ ( I have not used it myself so not a personal recommendation but looks good reviews )

    Hi Alan, we have not fixed this as of yet, but has not affected use of the plugin, thank you for checking, i will close this support thread.
