Not receiving notifications

  • The problem:
    Comment notifications aren’t coming through to e-mails. This has been tested by inserting my personal e-mail address whilst commenting and then replying to it.

    Details:
    The check box along with the drop down box is being displayed.

    I am using the WordPress Jetpack comment system and my comments are on pages, rather than posts, (that’s how my website works). Could either of these be the issue? – If so, can they be resolved?

  • Jetpack comment system is very different to regular WP comment system. It’s not compatible with Subscribe to Comments Reloaded.
