Not receiving notifications

Hi, and thanks for this amazing plugin, the free version is doing the job for a small organisation like ours.
We’ve launched our school website in August, and we use the plugin for a giving organisation the opportunity to organisations to hire our students.
But we’ve just noticed that we never received notifications when someone creates a job on our website.
If i understand, the emails notifications are sent to the admin (General> administration e-mail) but we never received any notification in this one.
For info, we use WP Mail SMTP (google workspace account) for the website admin one like [email protected] (but it is set with an author user permission in the “users” section of our backend). The admin user of the website is our webdesigner but he never received them neither.
We have another email set up for the job validator. That one is a gmail one, it’s not using Wp Mail SMTP, but we don’t receive the notifications in this one neither.
