    I have set up QEM from scratch and the notifications are not working.

    I have checked the email address is valid and that ‘do not send notifications’ is unchecked.

    Please help!

    Do emails work normally on your site? I.e. do you get password reset emails for instance?

    Have you checked spam folders ( email accounts like outlook and yahoo are very fussy – are you using such an account for testing ? )

    If they do, probably best if you screen shot and share all your qem settings, you can use any image sharing link service here.

    If you are convinced that your settings are right, you can also set WP to debug mode and the logs will contain detailed information about email attempts.
