I had set up the notifications for one of my forms to be sent to a specific email. I recently tested the form, however, and there were no notifications sent to that email.

I have since read the troubleshooting guide, and switched the email to another address as suggested (which now works). However I am wondering if there is any way to access the list of emails who previously tried to use the link. They are not in the spam folder. Are they completely gone? I can see that other people have experienced the same thing, and it is hugely problematic if these emails have just disappeared! I hope that someone can help me here – and fix this problem quickly!

  • Hi @apporrazzo

Glad you got the email notifications sorted out.

Regarding the previous submissions *if* you had the WPForums Activity Logging feature or some kind of Email Logging feature enabled, there will be a history of them. Otherwise, I believe they may be lost.

Hope this helped some, or at least will help in the future!

Hey @apporrazzo – Thanks for contacting us and I apologize for the delay in getting back to your support request!

I see that you’ve managed to fix the email delivery issue. Regarding the undelivered emails, while we don’t have the feature to recover undelivered emails, some hosting providers do log emails that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and recover undelivered emails, the best next step in trying to find records of previous entries is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.

I hope this helps and can you please let me know if you have other questions?

    Kindly,
