not receiving notifications

  • We’ve been using this plugin with great success until about a week ago. Three of us were receiving notifications.

    About a week ago, one recipient was longer receiving notifications. As of this morning, two more of us are no longer receiving notifications. So no one is receiving any notifications.

    We’ve looked into our mail server and that is working fine.

    We are running the latest version of WordPress and are hosting with WPEngine.

    Any suggestions?

    When mail has issues sending is it usually the result of the lack of SMTP authentication on the wp_mail(). The plugin uses wp_mail() to send the email notifications. Is there any reasoning on who is getting the email? Like only the first email in the comma separated list?
