I have recently stopped receiving email notifications of orders I received. They are in the store, and in the past I’ve been able to manually send myself a copy, but even that isn’t working. I updated Woo Commerce on my site, and now I can’t even look at the orders that have come in–when I click on them, is says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” A copy of my system status is below. My apologies, I’m not very savvy with all this; it was a major feat for me to even get this site online, and any problems that have arisen have been challenging for me because I just don’t know what to do.

I hear your concern, and we would be happy to guide you toward resolving this ??

Yes, this is definitely something your host can do for you if you are not comfortable doing this on your own.

I would suggest reaching out to your host, asking them to first create a backup of your site (or ensure one has recently been automatically created), and then update your sites PHP version to 7.4 or greater.

Have you managed to update the Storefront theme to its latest version yet, as suggested by @xue28 ? If not, here are the steps to do this:
- Navigate to Appearance > Themes
- Above the Storefront theme, you should see the following notice: New version available. Update now. Click on Update now. Below is a image for reference:
It may be a good idea to enable auto-updates for your theme. This guide explains how this can be done.

Please let us know how this goes after reaching out to your host!
