Not receiving pingbacks or incoming links

  • Hello,
    I am going crazy trying to figure out why I do not receive pingbacks and notification of incoming links. I only receive pingbacks when I link to another post on my own blog. BUT I do not receive pingbacks or notification of incoming links when someone else links to my blog. I desperately want to know what I can do to fix this??
