Not receiving plugin activation/deactivation alerts

Hello,
We’re using Sucuri on a number of websites and I’ve run into an issue where it doesn’t seem to be sending me alerts for plugin activations/deactivations. I suspect this is an issue across multiple sites, but for purposes of this I’ll stick with the one site I’ve tested it on.
Specifically, I have verified that in Sucuri Security>Settings>Alerts I have the boxes checked for “Receive email alerts when a plugin is activated” and “Receive email alerts when a plugin is deactivated”.
I verified that I am receiving Sucuri emails by sending a test email (and I regularly receive failed login attempt emails).
However, I tried deactivating a plugin and then reactivating it some time later (15-20 minutes), yet I didn’t receive any notifications from Sucuri.
Has anyone run into this before and/or can help me troubleshoot, please?
