Not receiving push notification in woo commerce app

I understand your concern about not receiving push notifications for new orders on your WooCommerce shop, and the issue with pending orders not updating on the WooCommerce tile in your WordPress dashboard.

The problem might be related to some settings or a plugin conflict. You can run a conflict test to see what could be affecting your site.

1. Ensure that your WordPress, WooCommerce, and Jetpack plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. Try disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and Jetpack to see if there’s a conflict. If the issue resolves, enable the plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
3. Check if there’s a problem with your theme by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like StoreFront. (Please be sure to back up your site before performing this step).

Hi, sorry for taking some time.

I did everything you recommended and nothing changes after making an order.

So I put everything back as it was with my theme and extentions.

I did everything you recommended and nothing changes after making an order.

So I put everything back as it was with my theme and extentions.

As a next step, you can verify some?known issues?or try?reconnecting your site.

I checked and no known issues are in my case. I reconnected jetpack and even created a new test store with literally no plugins except Jetpack, Woocommerce and PayPal as my payment provider. Same story.

So I guess I’ll make a test with woo payments as I was using Stripe and PayPal but my guess is that this is a problem with the app and not with the plugins I’m using. I’m seeing the orders in the app, but I always need to reload the app for it to refresh. Background activity is activated for WooCommerce in my iPhone settings and push notifications too. So it would be good that the app team come have a look on this thread.

What about the status report and the fatal errors I shared in my last reply ?

I’ve reviewed your system status reports and all seems in order.

By the way, though WooCommerce does operate smoothly on PHP Version 8.2.10, we suggest you consider downgrading to PHP Version 8.1.26, as we recommend it: https://woo.com/document/server-requirements/

And the error logs you’ve shared suggest two separate issues are happening. The first one is related to the WooCommerce Performance Indicators Controller. It seems like it’s trying to search for visitors in a null array. This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme or a corrupt WooCommerce installation.

The second issue seems to be related to the Really Simple SSL plugin. It’s trying to call a function rsssl_username_admin_changed that doesn’t exist or is invalid. This could be due to a version mismatch or a corrupt plugin installation.
