    Dear Support Team,

    I would like to report an issue regarding the lack of notifications in the Woo app on iOS and Android, even after enabling and disabling Jetpack.

    Description of the situation:

    • I am a user of the Woo app on iOS and Android.
    • Despite having notifications enabled and trying both with Jetpack enabled and disabled, I am not receiving any notifications.
    • I have checked the system settings to ensure that the Woo app has permission to send notifications.
    • The issue occurs on both iOS and Android platforms.

    Could you please confirm that you have the latest version of the Woo app installed on both devices, as updates often fix bugs and improve functionality?

    If you’ve already updated the apps and the problem persists, it would be best if you contact our dedicated support team by going to “Help > Contact support” from the mobile app.
