Not receiving quote email

Hi, I have checked this locally and emails are sent correctly. Could you also test if all other WooCommerce emails are received correctly?

I tested other WooCommerce emails and customers are receiving them but they are not being sent to the site’s email address.

I also noticed that the Request a Quote email was received by the customer but it went to a spam folder. Like the other emails, the site received nothing, just the customer.

you can try editing the email settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Emails > Email to request a quote
You can add more recipients for example.

In the Woocommerce settings for Email notifications, all the other emails appear enabled except for the “Email to request a quote.” See here: https://screencast.com/t/knikbeYNRvX

Is this intended? How do I enable the “Email to request a quote?”

I’m having the same issue. Cannot enable Request Quote email.
