Not receiving registration info email from PayPal form

Over the last few weeks, I am not receiving the return registration form information email that students complete and submit. The submit button, named PayPal on the form, is linked to the PayPal payment option. Once they pay via PayPal, they are redirected to a successful registration confirmation page and also receive a confirmation email. I have not changed any settings on the Planso Form. Any ideas?
