not receiving submissions to inbox/email with same domain as website

We are not receiving email submissions on Contact Form 7 to the email inbox that has the same domain as the website. Using Google workspace with custom email address at [email protected] or [email protected] –
Settings:
To: Set to a verizon.net , gmail.com and [email protected] emails
From: Anchor Pools & Spas <[email protected]>
RESULTS: When submitting a form, the form is received in verizon.net and gmail.com inboxes, but not at [email protected]. Have checked spam folders and not received there either.
Is there any solution? We have been working on this for many hours. Thank you.
