Not receiving Support

Hello, we have purchased the PRO version and I have tried over the last several weeks to reach out to Natalie, or whomever sits behind the email of [email protected].
I am having a hard time integrating this plugin the way I would like to integrate it.
How can I go about getting answers if no one is returning my email?
EDIT: sorry, I just realized I need support for product table, not product filter, but the email is one and the same is it not?
