• Hello, for the past few days one of our admin logins is no longer receiving the emails with the code for being able to log in. It was working fine last week, but this week….zero emails ever get sent even after requesting for one to be resent.

    Can anyone assist? I have had to already use 2 of the backup codes in order to be able to access…and eventually, I’m going to run out of those backup codes. LOL

    Thank you for your message and for using our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. If the emails were working and only stopped during the last few days, the cause of the issue might be something else, unless you changed any of the plugin settings during the last week.

    Do you know of any changes you have done to the website right before the emails stopped working? Have you updated a plugin, theme, installed a new plugin, changed a setting?

    By the way, you can always generate more backup codes from your user profile in the meantime.
